In Jimmy Chin's book, There and Back: Photographs from the Edge, there is a chapter called "You only get to experience your first expedition once". In this chapter he talks about his first big mountain expedition, in Charakusa Valley, Pakistan, in the summer of 1999. The challenge in front of him seemed seemed smaller only compared to the unknowns.
But, as you can imagine, he managed to make the expedition a big success thanks to his work ethics and preparation and thanks to his peers, some of the greatest climbers at that time.
The same thing goes with a software product: you only get to experience the start of your product once. To set it for success, we propose you a proven way to prepare ourselves: our kickstart process.
Just like a climbing expedition we setup our communication channels and communication workflows, our processes (design thinking methodology, agile framework), our tools (software for project management, development environments, servers), our navigation (from the product strategy: goals, KPI's, expected results).
We create meaningful software products for our customers’ audiences. We are driven by the impact and value created for the people we work with and aim to be world leaders in our field.
